3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and lawful documentation
• Pay all agreed fees and government charges on time
• Comply with all UAE laws and regulations
• Notify us immediately of any changes in your circumstances

4. Payment Terms

All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced or documents have been submitted to authorities. Government fees paid to third parties are non-refundable regardless of outcome.

5. No Guarantee of Approval

We do not guarantee approval of any license, visa, or bank account. Final decisions rest solely with the relevant UAE authorities and financial institutions.

6. Confidentiality

We will keep your information confidential except where disclosure is required by law or government authorities for processing your application.

7. Limitation of Liability

GSR Businessmen Service LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our services if you breach these terms, provide false information, or fail to make payments.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
